Unexpected Opportunities

Once upon a time...in Bonteheuwel

What an exhilarating morning we spent with our beautiful volunteer Kayla Diamond who has written her first children's book called "Glow".

She shared the inspirational story of a glow stick named Bo and his quest to find his unique glow.

Twelve children from the Bonteheuwel community joined Kayla and Bo on his journey to self-discovery.

The children each received their own GLOW book with beautifully bright, colourful illustrations by Amy Leigh Buckley. Thank you!

One of the very enthusiastic listeners age 6, mentioned that he will write a book against violence.

The little ones left the reading circle glowing and feeling bright!

A big thank you to Kayla Diamond - we admire your talent and cannot wait for the next Sisanda Reading Circle.

"All of us have a unique and special glow!" Kayla D.
